1. How does “GetIt” work?

“GetIt” is a delivery app that offers your daily essentials from nearby vendors. Just download the app, explore the available vendors, choose the items you need, place your order, and await delivery right to your door.

2. What is the selection range?

GetIt currently connects you to a wide range of local retailers including, but not limited to, vendors who supply fruits and vegetables, restaurants, and groceries.
We continually expand our selection and service areas to meet your needs, so keep an eye out for exciting updates!

3. Are there any delivery fees?

Yes, delivery fees vary by location and vendor. Non-subscribers pay a minimum of 20 rupees for orders below the value of 199 rupees, while subscribers pay 15 rupees for orders below the value of 149 rupees. Check the app for specific vendor fees and visit for subscription details.

4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on factors such as the vendor’s location, preparation time, and current demand. You’ll receive an estimated delivery time when you place your order. Rest assured, we work hard to ensure timely deliveries.

5. What payment methods are accepted?

“GetIt” accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Unified Payments Interface  (UPI), digital wallets, and cash on delivery. Choose the option that’s most convenient for you.

6. What if there’s an issue with my order?

If you encounter any issues with your order, such as missing or incorrect items, please contact our customer support team immediately. We are committed to resolving any problems and ensuring your satisfaction within 60 minutes of your report.
